This Privacy Policy explains how Fulton Ring, Inc. (“Fulton Ring,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through this website, our business communications, Arcana, and related professional services.
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to send us, including your name, work email address, company, role, meeting details, and the content of your message. If you enter into an engagement with Fulton Ring, we also handle account, billing, contracting, support, and project information needed to deliver the work.
Customer Data
Arcana may process documents, records, messages, query results, and other material that a customer authorizes Fulton Ring to connect or upload (“Customer Data”). The customer controls the approved sources and users. Fulton Ring processes Customer Data to configure, operate, secure, and support the agreed deployment and as otherwise described in the applicable agreement.
Information collected when you visit
Our hosting and network providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and error or security event.
We use PostHog to measure anonymous, aggregate use of this site. Our configuration does not use cookies, local storage, or session storage; identify individual visitors; record sessions; or capture form values. The measurements are limited to page paths, masked clicks on links and buttons, and reviewed categories of contact and interactive-control use. Visible link text and destination URLs are removed before events are sent. This site does not use personal information for behavioral advertising.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate a potential engagement, provide and improve the services, secure accounts and infrastructure, meet contractual obligations, bill for paid work, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and external links
We use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, communications, scheduling, and other operational needs. They may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations. When you choose a link to Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Medium, GitHub, or another external site, that service handles information under its own privacy policy.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the services, to satisfy contractual or legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. Customer Data retention and deletion requirements may be set in the applicable agreement and deployment configuration.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Requirements for an Arcana deployment are reviewed with the customer and documented in the applicable agreement or deployment plan.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to Fulton Ring. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or a contract. Authorized customer administrators should direct requests about Customer Data through their organization.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
